- Chat transcripts from the embedded chat widget, used to answer your questions and improve responses.

How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website and our chat assistant.
- Send transactional emails about projects you have engaged us for.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party foundation models without your explicit consent.
Legal bases (GDPR)

Data retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your request and, where a project follows, for the life of the engagement plus 24 months for record-keeping. Chat transcripts are retained for up to 12 months for quality review.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email utissy.ai@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including TLS in transit, scoped access controls, and least-privilege access to client systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International transfers
