Conversations, emails, or proposals exchanged via the Site do not by themselves form a contract. Engagements take effect only when both parties sign a written Statement of Work or service agreement.

Prices shown on the Site are indicative and may be updated. The price for any specific engagement is the one set out in the signed proposal.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and any informational content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Blog posts, guides, and AI assistant responses are general information, not professional advice. Always validate with a qualified advisor for your situation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utissy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from the Site (excluding paid engagements, which are governed by their own contract) is limited to USD 100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Utissy against any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Governing law
